The video surveillance system at Ritchie County Middle School and Ritchie County High School was in desperate need of an upgrade. It had been several years since any major improvements were completed. When we bid this project out, Sentry Surveillance Systems was the only vendor that came to our location with an actual working demonstration of the kind of cameras we would be purchasing. Sentry Surveillance Systems was chosen for our job not only because of price but also because their equipment impressed us from the start. The installation went smoothly from beginning to end. The employees of Sentry Surveillance Systems were competent, courteous, and professional at all times. The training exercise was so good on Saturday! It was an eye-opening experience as a parent of a student at the school. I wanted to add so much to my story, but had limited space. Thank you for all of the information you sent over, but even more, thank you for what you are doing for the officers and students, as well as the teachers and school personnel. I have friends and family within the school system, and many of our officers at the police department are my friends. It’s nice to know that there is a program in place to help keep them safer in the event of an active shooter. Keep up the great work!!!

We wanted to add, replace, and make more "user-friendly" our existing security camera system. From the walk-throughs, demos, quotes and work, we have been completely satisfied and impressed with this company. The owner is accessible and his crew are polite and professional. The price is right, but more importantly, I have happy, positive feedback coming from my school principals, which means so much! Had a camera problem due to a recent storm, called Sentry and they had a technician on site the next morning. Not only did they repair the camera, but they upgraded storage capacity and checked and adjusted all cameras. Outstanding customer service!!
